PSF Panel Frame Garage Features

Image

Panel frame Garages are one of the most cost effective, simplest and strongest ways to build a Garage/Shed.

Using stud wall framing pre-fabricated frames and trusses are manufactured and supplied to site for ease of erection, perfect for the owner builder or busy builder.

  • Standard Spans are 3m, 4.5m, 6m, 7.5m & 9m
  • Standard Bay Spaces are 3m
  • Standard Heights 2.4m, 2.7m,3.0m, 3.3m & 3.6m

These standard sizes are the most cost effective, PSF specialize in Non Standard designs, our state of the art Shed-Master® software can design to suit the individual requirements of the owner.

Strength

PSF’s garages and sheds are designed to stringent Australian standards by qualified engineers. Different wind ratings (even cyclonic) are achieved by frame thicknesses and spacing of material to suit the area in which the shed is to be built.

Good Looks

100% Australian steel in heavy gauge cladding in both Zincalume® and Colorbond® is used with the option of different cladding and colour styles, this together with all openings flashed and the use of colour coded screws makes the PSF Panel Garage a very attractive building. Many individual choices can be achieved as noted below.

Slabs

Panel frame garages are designed with a rebate around the edge of the slab. This keeps the bottom of the sheeting below floor level therefore reducing the risk of water, vermin and sharp unsightly edges around the bottom of your garage.

Another excellent feature is added strength by placing our numerous hold down bolts further away from the edge of the slab. It also provides a mowing strip around the outer perimeter of building, roller doors are recessed as well to help prevent water blowing under doors and into shed.

Options & Special Designs

  • Roller Doors
  • Insulation
  • Personal Access (PA) Doors
  • Windows & Glass Sliding Doors
  • Whirly Birds
  • Gable & Skillion Roof Only extensions
